Bob the Squirrel, lead character for the greatest comic strip you’ve never read, BOB THE SQUIRREL, was due to meet with cartoonist Frank Page today to discuss the ongoing comic strip shutdown. It was rumored that the shutdown would be lifted and the strip would go back into production. At the last minute, the meeting was cancelled. Apparently there was a disagreement as to what should be served at the meeting: gummi worms or gummi bears.
Both sides agreed that this is getting ridiculous, but neither was willing to budge on the worm vs. bear scenario.
