it’s january in central new york…funnily enough, it’s january everywhere. at this time of year, the temperature drops to children’s shoe size levels… sometimes lower. people have a contest to see who can wear the most layers of clothing and still maintain a human-like appearance. of course there is the snow shoveling… lots and lots of snow shoveling. i’ve done so much shoveling that last year i wanted to write a book about it… i even started it…but it was too cold.
one of these days i’ll finish that book… probably in the summer.
